Our customers pay us via PayPal subscriptions. So, always at the beginning of a cycle PayPal is pulling the money. There is a field “invoice number” in every payment, but obviously this field is empty, which is not ideal. Is there the possibility to define a pattern or something according to which PayPal would populate this field automatically ? This would be very helpful.
Welcome to PayPal Community! I realize that there may be a concern with invoices. Invoices have many customization options. If the part of the invoice you are wanting to customize is not visible, it may not be available at this time. My apologies for the inconvenience this issue may bring by not populating automatically.
