Excuse me, I have two questions. The first is does creating an invoice warranty the product to the recipient? the second Q is how much does paypal take on 1115 euros?

When paying a PayPal invoice, the buyer receives buyer protection but the program (seller and buyer) is not a guarantee, warranty or insurance and has its limitations.
