Money request is not sent

I sent a request for money to an phone number and they claim they have not received my request. Should I be using invoices? Private party business transaction.

Hey Parkrat,
Great question! It's possible that their phone number isn't confirmed or connected to their PayPal account, so it's always better to use the email address they use to log in to request a payment. If this still isn't being received on their end, you can send an invoice or your PayPal.me link to request money, or provide them with your email address so they can send you money directly.
