Missing Paypal Shipping Label Option on Transactions

Recently lost the "Print Shipping Labels" option on my merchandise transactions. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Even previous transactions where I had already printed a shipping label before have lost the option to print and all tracking information related to that transaction

Yeah it seems you can't access the multi-order shipping option as well... I just checked again and it is back up.
