Labels not working for days now

I tried to make a label a couple days ago and clicked the "calculate shipping cost" button, it says "Sorry, we’re unable to process your request right now. Please try again later". Tried again today on a different order and it says the same thing. Super confused. What's the issue?

HI there, was wondering if you figured it out? I am experiencing the exact same issue today. It is extremely frustrating. I have tried everything I have read in the forum and still I am unable to get it to work.

This is driving me CRAZY!  I don't have a control ID.  Do you?  If so, what is that and where do I find it?  I'm thinking it is ok to leave it blank since I don't get an error message about it.  The only message I get is the same one you're getting about 'try again'.
