When attempting to create a international shipping label using Paypal, I see that package size is not requested, only the weight - why is that? Is that an error? I can't even see any size requirements for International shipping labels, this way I can know what size box I can and cannot use. I only ask because when I printed out a shipping label for a package going out in the U.S., I remember having to fill out the size of the box when I didn't use any of the Flat Rate boxes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Barb
P.S. This package is going to Australia. I'm in the U.S. And for this package I'll have to purchase a box since none of the flat rate boxes will work.

Go to usps.com to determine the size requirements for the shipping service level you plan on using at PayPal via their postage calculator (ignore the pricing there as it is retail pricing and might be cheaper with PayPal shipping). After that, select “package” from the “package type” dropdown menu. I think priority mail and first class package intl have liberal size requirements so I think the package types PayPal has listed will suffice.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
