No, but you can set inventory tracking to 1 pc so it'll be sold out and no more purchases can be made and the customer is redirected via URL that you set.
To prevent over-selling your current inventory, set up inventory tracking.
Of course you can go in later and remove the button code from webpage after the item is sold and the button is no longer of use.
