The payment has not worked since the site moved another server

My site moved to a new server.
Since then, the live mode does not work. Still good in sandbox mode.
The difference is that in live mode the Paypal server (https://api.paypal.com/v1/oauth2/token) gives the following response:
Status code: 409
Text: Request Conflict We are sorry, the server was not able to process your request
If I start the payment process from the old server, it's fine there.
Is it possible that the IP address of the new server is blocked?
What can I do?
