cannot connect with paypal in opencart

I use opencart

When I connect with paypal by using my personal account.
The page was forwarded to

But there's no done or complete button on the final page.
It only showed that - You're ready to use PayPal, but we couldn't get you some advanced features
There's still a lot you can do. Start accepting payments on your site, moving money, and more.
(see the creenshot)

So, I cannot connect with paypal.

Could anyone help me?

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.


We suggest seller/merchant to have “Business” type PayPal account.


  • Personal: Recommended for individuals who shop and pay online, or wish to send or receive personal payments for shared expenses such as splitting of dinner bills or rental charges; for casual sellers or non-businesses who wish to get paid online, and who also make online purchases.
  • Business: Recommended for merchants who operate under a company/group name. It offers additional features such as allowing up to 200 employees limited access to your account and customer service email alias for customer issues to be routed for faster follow-ups.

Here's how to upgrade from a Personal account to a Business account:


  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click Upgrade to a Business account.
  3. Enter all of the information and follow the steps on screen.


Once done, please try connecting via your primary email address of PayPal Business account. 


Please make sure your PayPal Business account is verified and confirmed without any account limitations
