HELP! I Need to Find the Transaction ID on a Bill Me Later Transaction to File a Complaint!!!!

WHERE do I find this number?  I can't continue on with the dispute until I enter a number.  The transaction does not appear on my PayPal transaction page.  I need to go to Bill Me Later to see it but there is NO NUMBER!!!  Help if you can.  Thanks!
