Back in 2008 I sent PayPal a copy of the transaction list that were unauthorized charges to my debit card(PayPal) I am still owed about $1000.00 why have they not paid me my money, When you owe PayPal that's a different story. I WILL NOT let this go. I might take them to small claims court. Than I will see how fast they refund my money
