I recently sold someone a concert ticket and they paid me via paypal. I linked my pay pal account with my bank account and received the two small payments to confirm. However, the payment which I received and is "completed" in its status has not shown up in my bank account. I was trying to find a **bleep** phone number so as to actually talk to someone at paypal via the phone but haven't found one anywhere. Why is this payment not transferring to my bank account?
