Ever since I deleted my old credit card and added my new one paypal has not let me purchase anything. Everytime I go to checkout on Ebay it says "This credit card is already linked to your PayPal account. Please add a different card or go to the Profile tab and choose Add or Edit Credit Card to update your card information." I tried deleting my account and making a new one but nothing has worked so far.
