Visa gift cards

Hello All,

If this question has been posed before, I apologize for the re-post, to be honest I am a little unfamiliar with the credit card world and the paypal world.

I am going to have several visa gift cards, and would like to add them all onto my paypal account so I can make one large purchase online. 

I just want to know that this can be done before I get the visa gift cards.

At this time, we don't recommend adding pre-paid debit or credit cards, as they seldom pass our stringent security measures. Even if they do, and the payment is later refunded, we're required to send it back to the card - which can be a problem for you if you have since discarded the card.

In terms of adding funds, at this time, you cannot use a card to add funds to the balance. However, if you can successfully register the card, you don't need to add funds first.

Additionally, payments can't be split between cards either.  It would be better to add a traditional debit or credit card instead.

Just make a payment, and we'll debit the card directly.
