Transfer Problem

Hello,

I am new to Paypal and I was unaware that you didn't have to transfer money from your bank account to paypal before you use paypal. So i ended up transfering $200 into my paypal from my bank account, and then making a purchase of $200 thinking it was just going to use that. But it took $400 from my bank account. How do i fix this? Would i just send $200 from my Paypal back to my checking account? Thank you!
