I got my card blocked after I input the RIGHT CODE 3 times! I used the email service and when i get to the credit card link and confirm segment, my last 4 digits of credit card number since to be invalid too....I have uploaded my ID Card and my PDF which is password protected (since it comes directly from the bank)......
I am in Indonesia and making a call will be extremely expensive............
