Can a government agency (school system) send a check or purchase order to paypal to put money into its account, or are the only two options by bank account transfer and MoneyPak?
If your school or government entity is looking at creating, maintaining, and using PayPal for purchases and receiving payments (I know of at least one DMV that actually uses PayPal to process card payments), it would be best for them to give our telesales department a call to explore options.
