Paypal withdrew money from bank account but no record of this exist in paypal

I have noticed on the 16th that paypal has charged me money from my bank account, roughly just under $1. But there is no record of it on my account in paypal.

I know $1 is not the end of the world, but that is not the point, since when does paypal withdraw money from a bank account for no reason? (And with absolutely no authorisation from me)

I have logged an issue with the standard support but have not yet received a response.

I am very unhappy with this, paypal are you stealing from customers as well as ignoring them afterwards??????

I can top you. I did a transaction on 10/13/2011, my bank paid and posted it to my account on 10/14/2011, then on 10/21/2011 Paypal requested the SAME transaction and bounced my account.
