Can you choose for PayPal to draft your credit card on file instead of your bank account, if there are not funds in your PayPal account currently?

Troubadour,
I'm glad I was able to assist you with your question! You can absolutely change your funding source to your credit card. When you are checking out, on the confirmation page, you can click on the "Change" or "More Funding Options" link and change it to the other available funding sources on your PayPal account!
Glad we were able to help out!
