Credit Card Already Registered?!

Hi all,

Today, I created a new PayPal account. Everything went smoothly until the part where I had to link my credit card. It kept sending me the message that the card I am trying to register is already used by another account. After a few minutes I realized I had an old account with such card registered in it (MasterCard). Because I wasn't sure what to do, I closed both accounts (they had different names) for good.

Now, when I try to create a new (third) account and link that certain CC I keep getting the message that this CC is already registered in another account.

NOTE :  * The old CC had a different expire date from the new account.

               * I don't live in US/CANADA/UK

Call PayPal... login to your PayPal account and click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page... there you will find contact instructions and the PayPal phone number for your account.

I am having the same problem but I can't remember my old account login or the old email address I used it in. I thought I only had one but then I remembered I did sign up a new account at one time. How can I find that old account.

I have created a paypal account, and asked my bank to make an internet card for me(I already had a bank account), but when i add my account to paypal it says the credit card is already used, but its brand new,couldnt be there is 2 mastercards wit the same account number,cuz im sure ive never used it before i just bought it.
