Can I use cash or Money order to deposit funds into Paypal?

I wanted to open the papal account using only cash or  visa gift cards.  Is it possible to use only cash or money orders for this papal account to use only like a debit account? 

In the past I used papal and my email account was bombarded for years by phony papal people requesting personal information.  By the looks of the questions on this board it does appear that there are many glitches in the machine with hackers into the recent IMF and Sony issue.  How safe Is papal?  Is it really a whirl of the dice with identity theft in the debt ridden illusion of wealth thru credit?

You would need to buy a PayPal card with your cash or money order to make it work. The PayPal card is just like a gift card, and they're available at many locations. I'll try looking up the info for you...
