payment with credit card not working

Hello,

I have implement paypal payment getway to my site. I am checking with sandbox test mode. Payment by login with paypal account working fine, but without login paypal account using card option payment not working. I am try with test card details it showing this error message "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different debit or credit card number." Please help me to solve this issue.

A customer from Thailand cannot pay my invoice using his Mastercard. He keeps receiving this message on each attempt:

"The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different debit or credit card number."

Any solution or suggestion before I loose a large sale opportunity?
