My daughter, introduced by me to Paypal both for shopping and as a recipient of online work payments for an e-commerce multinational corporation operating in India and Asia Pacific, had erroneously entered wrong figures for two very small Indian Rupee credits while confirming her linked bank account.
She had sent emails after this to Paypal and sent scanned images of her bank account statement issued by her bankers showing the actual credits by uploading them from the Paypal web page of her account. Paypal has not returned any answer to her mailbox.
What is the remedy and how can her bank account get linked again properly?
