what can i do if my account becomes restricted?

unless i give pay pal some details like passport scan and bank statement etc, my account will become restricted.  (134 days to go),  If by some reason or other i dont resolve this issue and my account becomes restricted, what will i beable to do, and not do

Mine has been moved to review for 2 weeks nearly and nothing so dont expect anything t happen quickly

I got this warning as well. It stated that I must upgrade my account beacuse I've recieved €1800 this calendar year and am close to the €2500 limit but I checked myself and since January 1st have only recieved €1100 and am unlikely to get much more as I've almost finished selling all my junk.
