Hi Our account was restricted two weeks on friday and everyday since I have asked for a call back twice a day and nothing. We have provided all documents needed and was told that this would be reviewed within 72 hours which it has not. I am told two times a day that this is unacceptable and someone will call me back which SHOCK HORROR never happens. We are a different kind of business as we actually make our items and we now can not order fabrics needed to complete orders, so daily we are losing money and now having more and more cases opened against us as orders can not be completed. The limitations department quite clearly do not understand how our business works hence why I have asked for a call back. All we get is another email asking us to answer the same questions answered previously. I just can not understand why when paypal customer services are agreeing with us we are not receiving a call back from limitations. Utterly shocked at the way we are being treated and the stress that this is causing to us and our customers. What are we supposed to do from here?
