uploading Pay Pal

Okay, this is probably going to sound dumn.  How do I put Pay Pal onto my Web Site. I have done all the leg work and everything is ready.  Just cant seem to get my head round how to put it on?

and do I have to make seperate pages for each product and then add the add to cart button?

I think this may be too much for me:(
