sent money to wrong email address and now cant get money back

Hi there tigers,

 

You can cancel the payment if the payment status is ‘Unclaimed’ and there is a ‘Cancel’ button under ‘Order status/Actions.’

 

If the payment status is ‘Completed’ you need to request a refund from the recipient.

 

If you don’t receive a refund, you can file a dispute within 45 days of the payment date.
