i have made a request for 310 pounds for a private sale and its pending , i have recieved an email saying i will be paid on reciept of delivery details been obtained !!!! is this normal ? im sure its not normally the case , many thanks

No its not normal and sounds like a scam, paypal never tell you to send an item before receiving payment but scammers do.

Anymore details? Meantime do not send anything.

This is not normal, never send an item until you can see the payment in your PayPal balance. 

You can forward any emails like this to spoof@paypal.com
