recieving money

the  person i am sending money  to does not have a bank account  or pay pal  how do they  recieve   after i have sent  please  also  what happens  if you send  via email  am not sure how this works  first time  thank youu

If they are ebay sellers they have to receive paypal they are not allowed to sell and refuse to accept it.

If they are saying they won't and don't have a paypal account, inform ebay and do not send any money.

If it is another website then equally I would not send any money where i did not have buyer protection.
