Hi, check on the e-mail address issued to the buyer from your eBay listing. This can be viewed when you go to “sell similar item” on the listing page, scroll to the bottom and you will see the e-mail address that was issued to your buyer. If the email address displayed in your listing is correct, I would suggest contacting the buyer and checking the exact email address they sent the payment to. Even a minor spelling mistake will mean that the payment is not sent to your PayPal account. Good luck.

I'm glad I read this reply as I've been having a similar problem this evening. I sold two items which eBay and eBay say that checkout has been completed and the payments are being processed by PayPal. Unfortunately there is no sign of them in my PP account and I haven't received any email notifications either. So after reading this post I went back to the original listing and clicked on 'sell similar item' only to find that a completely wrong email address is listed, the one I set up my eBay account with 8 years ago. Yet when I look at my personal details on eBay my correct email address is listed. This is clearly an eBay error but why they have kept my old email address that I haven't used for at least five years is beyond me. So now what do I do and how do I get my money?

Hey there,
I would advise clearing the cache and cookies from your browser. Doing this means that the email address does not automatically populate into the email address section of your listing.
So what you need to do to get your money is to contact the buyer and ask them to cancel the payment from their side.
Once they do this they can just resend the payment to your correct email address. They can do this through the send money tab.
