I wonder if someone can help me. I purchased from boots online and paid via payapl for some reason the the site was a bit glitchy at the time and now having checked may paypal account two lots of payments have come out for the same order. one is showing as completed and one is pending. what can i do about the pending payment is there any way i can cancel it.
Boots can also cancel it themselves if they void the order. From what people have told me though it seems to be hard to convince them to do this, I would suspect they don't have direct access to their PayPal account.
