Hi there ryanshazza84,
It looks to me like the payment has been reversed back to you.
Make sure you have changed your password and security questions, to look into account specific details however you will need to call us directly.

Paypal did take same amount from my account as I paid there the first time. My problem concers now another thing- I had a letter from bank that I'm overdrawn. In paypal there was information, that the payment will go in the 20th of April when I put money there. It had tried to took it two days earlier, 18th of April and my bank is warning me about closing my account because of this. My bank asked me to contact you about this.

Hi there Bonney,
When you make a bank transfer the timeframe is 5-7 working days to clear.
You need to have the funds available for this full 7 working days as they can be requested at any stage depending on your bank.

Paypal are taking money out of my Bank balance and i haven't signed up for paypal and I don't have an account with them which is very confusing, they have taken out £72.64 and I haven't brought anything recently, about a year ago i purchased a product and I didn't sign up but it was on guest account but money is still being taken out of my account.

Hi rnenene,
I would request that you contact us by phone for this one so we can run a search on your details to clarify why the funds are been taken. If funds are taken without your authorisation we can file a claim to have them returned to you. To contact us click on the contact us link at the bottom of every PayPal page.
I hope this helps and thanks for posting.
