Hi everyone .. please help! I am new to pay pal and have recentley payed for an item which shows on my account as completed. The money is also showing as leaving my bank account. The seller states that the payment is under review and pending . This has now gone on for 4 days , and I have contacted paypal by telephone on several occasions with the same response. (ie) 'we cannot access the sellers account to see if what the seller says i genuine'... 'the seller has to contact us".

Hi there Pixie1,
It could be the case that the funds have been placed on hold from your sellers PayPal account but we would not be able to provide any information on this to you. You are being advised the correct information by asking your seller to contact PayPal directly.
I will advise also that if you don't receive your item over the next few days, you can open a dispute on the transaction through your account if you wish in order to try and get your money refunded to your account.
