Hi, I'm in a similar predicament myself for almost a week ,advice from paypal is to open a dispute through their resolution center. Data protection will not allow paypal to divulge details of either the buyer or sellers account details to one and other even though they are both paypal account holders  and exchanging and receiving monies with each other. In other words a seller or a buyer can  give each other whatever reason they want to each other without it being verified to the buyer or seller. This is the reason why they advise to open a dispute as e-mails between the buyer and seller can be tracked by paypal. if one or the other does not respond then paypal then go to the next stage of the dispute if it has not been resolved at that stage. Hi everyone .. please help!  I am new to pay pal and have recentley payed for an item  which shows on my account as completed. The money is also showing as leaving my  bank account. The seller states that the payment is under review and pending . This has now gone on for 4 days , and I have contacted paypal by telephone on several occasions with the same response. (ie) 'we cannot access the sellers account to see if what the seller says i genuine'... 'the seller has to contact us". ... View more
