Hi there mudpluggermark,
You can only cancel an unclaimed payment that has a ‘Cancel’ link next to it under ‘Order status/Actions'. If this link is not available this means the email address the payment has been sent to is registered to this sellers account but may need to be confirmed. In this case the seller will need to accept the payment. Your payment will automatically be cancelled if the seller does not accept it within 30 days of the payment date.
Hope this helps!
Siobhan
