despute a transaction paid by credit card

hi, i made a purchace on ebay and paid through paypal BY CREDIT CARD as a guest cos i didn't have an account, i never recieved the item i purchased, trying to despute , ebay refers me to paypal, i now have a paypal, but it asks for a transaction id which isn't there. I have a reciept posted to my email address , it has a reciept id but it won't go through as a transaction id.

what can i do??

As the item was bought at a time you were a guest customer you can still have an item not received dispute opened but you have to ask customer services to do it for you.

Go to contact us bottom of page > put in account probs > ring the number given > when you get through don't select or say any options just wait till you get through to an agent.
