hi, i made a purchace on ebay and paid through paypal BY CREDIT CARD as a guest cos i didn't have an account, i never recieved the item i purchased, trying to despute , ebay refers me to paypal, i now have a paypal, but it asks for a transaction id which isn't there. I have a reciept posted to my email address , it has a reciept id but it won't go through as a transaction id. what can i do?? please help thanks
