Hi , Im pretty new to paypal and e-bay. I have just started selling a few items to make some extra cash, but what happens if I need to pay for postage via paypal, Can the postage payments be taken from my paypal account on the strength of pending funds, or do I need to have available funds in my account ?
If your funds are available in your PayPal balance then you can withdraw them to pay for postage.
If as a new seller your funds are being held for 21 days or until your provide us with feedback or tracking information then you will not be able to use the funds for postage.
