Yet again cannot complete my purchase.

I tried to purchase two weeks ago.  There is a small balance in my paypal account.  I got to the page where it says it was going to use the balance and put the remainder on the card.  Then it would not complete.   Eventually I contacted the seller and sent a cheque.

 

Today I have tried again to purchase and have the same problem.    

 

Come on Paypal sort it out
