Hi, i had a transaction from paypal for £17.99 via DD i did not set this up and on my paypal it is not showing i ahve paid anyone this amount

If you didn't make the payment or set up the DD then I suggest you contact your bank who will refund you immediately, or you can ring Paypal directly and ask them to refund you and why the payment took place in the first place.
