Withdrawal to My Bank account Not reflecting after 4 days

Hello. i have recently created a Paypal account and to test that it has been set up I have withdrawn £9 pounds from paypal to  my bank account. After 4 days it is still not reflecting. Is this a usual issue? How long can I be expected to wait if I am withdrawing funds from paypal?

2-3 working days is what they say but unfortunately a lot of people state they have had to wait a bit longer.
