I keep getting this error when I try send 100USD to this 1 person, I can send to everyone else tho
And please dont put "I'm having this problem aswell" as it doesnt help me at all.

We can’t check the specifics of your account through the Community Forum I’m afraid, but will try to help as best I can! Is your seller based in the UK or the US? You mention in your post that you are trying to make the payment in USD. Are you using the “Send Money” feature in your account or are you trying to pay an invoice?

I could not get payment made via invoice due to security answers incorrect. it said i need to find another method ofpayment ( prob locked ) I have since changed my security answers - all ok . HOW long do i waiti until this payment method is reset ?

If you are now able to log in to your PayPal account, you should be able to make your payment.
If you are continuing to receive an error please contact us directly by phone so we can review your account specifically.
To contact us please click on the contact us link at the bottom of any PayPal page.

Hi ,
Was this a problem with a locked account ? was it my end of the sellers end ? Since there is not much of a description I am asking specific questions - or general ones if this is popular error message.
I am happy for you to email me directly - but a clearer answer would be great .
It all worked by the way - and the item has been paid.

With denied payments it is hard to say, it could have been one of many reasons however customer service will be able to look into your account specifically and tell you what happened!
