Unable to add a Romanian bank account to paypal

As in this print screen http://prntscr.com/3k1133 there are no options allowing me to change to a Romanian bank account, only thing is this US bank... Common PayPal common sense, people need to be able to work with money, not to keep them blocked into your garden. Please any info on this issue so that I can withdraw the money safely.

The withdraw part  I understand it 100%!  But how about that withdraw limit per day ?    I have (lets say )  4000 Euro received for a pair of speakers...   I will have to withdraw 8 days in a row , 500 Euro / day and pay 8x2 euro in fees ????   That's STUPID !   My account was verifyed by paypal team, and I sent several copies of my personal ID , bills and bank statements, and my withdraw limit is still 500Euro / day ...

This stupid limitations is forcing me to quit PayPal and never come back ...  Isn't there any solution ?

I have the exact same problem. As a person who has over $1000 going through it's PayPal account, I find this limit useless. Had my account being verified more than 5 times, same details, same procedures followed. I am now a fully verified account holder and the only limits that were lifted are receiving and sending. It's useless to have a rolling amount of money of up to $1000/day if you have to wait 3 days in order to withdraw it. Romania has an extended market on PayPal now, so I think we have earn enough trust to get this limit lifted. There are persons in USA that don't earn as much as us, but they have no limit and that's a big problem for me. If you don't allow banks, at least allow unlimited withdraws.

for the future people who have problems adding their local bank account , its quiet easy , they did some sort of face lift to the site , and adding your romanian bank account is not hard , all you have to do is go to MY ACCOUNT then to WALLET  , while you are at WALLET go to the bottom of the page in the left side you have an option OLD ACCOUNT VIEW , and there you have the possibility , i just did it(romanian bank account) .. there you ad your IBAN .. and wait for confirmation in your bank and add the numbers to confirm

well, thanks, but I can't switch to old look and also dont have any Wallet buttons here anymore, only Money... I'm pretty surprised you sent this, this month, this year 🙂 Coz you have to have some other PP than me 🙂 So yes, I got same problem as others ... no way to solve, thanks Paypal, anyway your new design sucks from start... and if it's a solution to add bank to switch to old design it sucks even more... unfortunatelly I was everywhere and there wasn't any switch back...

This is unbelievable.

Why is it so hard to support at least the biggest Romanian banks since they are international banks?! BRD for example is a French bank. 

This is so racist. I need to add some money from my bank account to my PayPal account and it's impossible. Genius. But if I want to pay by credit card from the same bank account, that works fine. 

How come in other countries this is possible and for Romania no?! Fix it. Or at least tell us what's wrong so we can talk to the banks and fix it.

Salut. Am citit un comentariu in care precizai **bleep** sa atasezi un cont bancar romanesc la contul de paypall. Spuneai la final ca trebuie sa astepti confirmare de la banca. **bleep** vine confirmarea? Te suna cineva, trebuie sa mergi la un sediu sa intrebi?

I'm trying to organise fundraising for a medical cause. I know the general rule is to withdraw max 500 per day. The amount we need to raise is over 20000 euros. Does this mean that i will need more than 40 days to withdraw all the money should we manage to raise them? the fundraising is for an operation that we were told we have to do it ASAP. Please advise me on this to know if it is safe to use Paypall for this, as we do not want to delay things if we manage to rise thw funds.

Have you tried lifting your account limits yet?

I would recommend you to verify your PayPal account which will lift your withdrawal limit and at the same time, please consider initiating the EU Receiving Limit review to prevent any challenges during the campaign.

Here's how you can view and lift your account limits.

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click See how much you can send with PayPal under "More about your account."
3. Follow the steps to remove your limit.
