Sending and Receiving Money

Hi,

I don't have a credit card linked to my PayPal account, but if I sell something on eBay can I still receive the money into my account?

If so, can I then buy something with the current PayPal balance without actually having a credit card or bank account linked to my PayPal?

Hi there Merritt,

You can receive funds to a PayPal account that does not have a funding source registered.

When you have a PayPal balance you can use this to send payments however you will eventually be required to add and confirm a financial in order to verify the PayPal account.
