Hi Ratters
PayPal's eCheque feature allows you to transfer money directly from your bank account to another persons ppal account which are different from Instant bank transfers as they're not instant and can take 5-7 working days to clear
Or:
How do I Send Money instantly?
To make a payment or send money to anyone all you need is an email address or mobile phone number for that person. If they don’t have a PayPal account already they would need to open one to receive payment.
To Send Money:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Send Money at the top of the page.
- Enter the email address or mobile phone number of the recipient.
- Enter the amount and choose the currency.
- Choose the option that describes why you're sending money.
- Click Continue.
- If you want to change how the payment is funded, under 'Payment Method' click Change.
- Review your postal address (for purchases) and add a message to the recipient (optional).
- Review the details including the currency exchange rate and click Send Money to complete your transaction.
Both you and the person you’re sending money to will receive an email (or text message for payments to mobile phones) to confirm payment. You can also see the payment in your PayPal account History.
Note: Unverified PayPal accounts have a sending limit. To check your sending limit, log in to your PayPal account and click the View Limits link on the My Account Overview page. To lift the sending limit, you need to Verify your account.

Hi there Rattters,
There is no way to bypass your PayPal balance as such.
If you do not wish to use it for a transaction you would need to withdraw it to your bank account.
