Hi,
I sold an item on eBay and the buyer paid and the money showed on my account. However as I am a new seller I cannot access the money until the buyer has received the item and/or given me good feedback on eBay.
In the original transaction box it states the status is completed and amount the I got paid less fees £395.86
Underneath the original transaction there is a a box called related transaction where the status is pending and -£395.86.
Can anyone tell me what this means? Does this mean the money have is being sent back to the buyer?

Hi taisun,
If you are a new seller and subject to payment holds you may be seeing an additional line saying payment "pending" due to the payment hold on your transaction. Once you see that original transaction showing as completed then it means that your funds have been received in to your PayPal account successfully.
I hope this helps and thanks for your post
Paula
