I have set up my business account on Paypal and i linked the payment method on my Wix site to my paypal account. I tried to test my store and every time i click on "Check Out with Paypal" i get the following message:
We weren't able to process your transaction. Please review your payment details and try again in a few minutes.
In my paypal account i have this notification:
Before you can complete any transactions, you need to verify that you're the account holder. Please visit the Identity Confirmation Dashboard to find out what information we need.
I completed all the steps and it still says : Thank you for providing the required information.
We'll get back to you within 2-3 business days.
It has been over a week.
I am not sure my problem is related to the above message or to anything i migh have messed up when setting up Paypal or the Wix store.
