Problems sending Funds....HELP??

Hello everyone,

 

Having problems sending Funds to another person bascially what is happening the Money is going through fine at First but then a couple off days later i am receiving a E-mail from Paypal saying there has been a dispute from the bank about the payment going through therefore the money has. not been sent and is showing in my Account as failed.

I have been to the bank regarding this and they off course are denying any problems and are saying it is a problem with Paypal also adding to this my bank account details have been removed from Paypal (No idea why??)

Trying to contact Paypal is becoming very difficult could someone be kind to advise me what to do next

Hey there Gaz82,

 

Sounds like the direct debit with your bank has been stopped.

 

When the direct debit fails a number of times and the funds don't clear into the PayPal system the bank account involved is removed from the PayPal account for security reasons.

 

When you request money from your bank account to fund your payment it takes 5-7 working days for the funds to reach PayPal. They will leave your bank account maybe 2-3 days after making payment so they do not leave your bank account instantly.

 

As the bank account has been removed you will need to re-add the bank account and complete the confirmation process again in order to set up your direct debit.
