Paypal available balance is much less that the total balance

Hello,i really have a problem with my account and need your help.Ive received some payments and the money is still not available 100%.My available balance is almost half the money of the total balance and i need to make a payment now so i need the money right now.Why is this happening?

Hi Rian, 

When you click on details next to your payments, do any of them show as 'pending'?

Also, another thing to check is if some of your balance was received in another currency, you can manage multiple currencies in your PayPal account. Go to the Profile page and click 'My money'. Then click 'Currencies' beside 'PayPal balance'.

No all the payment are completed,none pending!!!

2 payments where received in another currency (US dollars) and as i see none of them has been converted to my currency.My primary balance is in euro.
