I am trying to make a purchase from a company over there, they said there is a problem with PayPal in Uruguay, therefore they want a western union transfer!!!!!!!!!!

There are no issues with PayPal in Uruguay at the moment. 

Please be careful with this and do not send any funds through Western Union for any PayPal related transactions. This sounds suspicious, can you send a copy of this email to spoof@paypal.com and the relevant team here in PayPal will look into this for you.
